Artivest is Now Part of iCapital Network

On August 26th, 2020, iCapital Network completed its acquisition of Artivest, bringing together the most innovative financial technology companies in alternative investing.

WHAT WILL CHANGE FOR ARTIVEST CLIENTS?

Initially, very little. You will continue to enjoy the quality service and broad array of products you have experienced with Artivest. Your account is easily accessed via the log-in link below, and the (newly branded) Artivest platform you are familiar with will be unchanged. Overtime, we will integrate the best features from both platforms in a new premier experience, keeping you informed every step of the way.

1. Who should I contact about my account?

2. Is there anything I need to do? Will the existing Artivest platform remain functional?

There is nothing you need to do. Your account on the Artivest platform remains functioning and secure, and you may access it with your existing User ID and Password. If you need help resetting your User ID or Password, contact ir@icapitalnetwork.com.

3. What is the timetable to provide access to all Artivest and iCapital Network funds on a single platform?

Overtime, iCapital Network will work to develop a single platform that combines the best features and functionality of the Artivest and iCapital Network offerings. Until that time, you can be confident that the Artivest platform will remain available for your use.
 
iCapital Network will notify you well in advance of any plans to alter or combine the platforms. Please continue to use the Artivest platform for the foreseeable future.

4. Has my account information transferred to iCapital Network? Is there any action I need to take?

All of the books and records of each fund have been transferred to the general partner or managing member of the relevant fund in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement between iCapital Network and Artivest. Advisors and investors do not need to take any action at this time.

5. What is the role of iCapital Network as it pertains to the funds I hold?

Depending on the fund, affiliates of iCapital Network act as the general partner, managing member, investment advisor and/or the commodity pool operator of the fund.

6. What is the state of my client contract with Artivest?

As a general matter, client agreements between advisors and Artivest were assigned to iCapital Network or an affiliate at the closing of the transaction pursuant to the terms of each agreement.

7. What new services or products are now available to me?

iCapital Network will be introducing enhancements to the overall client and advisor experience over time. Announcements will be distributed as new features are deployed or products are made available.

8. Who should I contact about operational questions on my current holdings?

9. How can I be confident my information is secure?

Your information and that of your clients is protected in accordance with iCapital Network’s privacy policy.

10. What if I want to liquidate my client’s holdings?

Please refer to the offering materials of the relevant fund as liquidity options vary materially between funds and certain private capital funds may not allow liquidity at the discretion of an investor.
